How You Got Into Golf...
"I played golf (poorly) before my amputation. Jeff Linton, the president of MWAGA at the time, responded to my inquiry about the organization and invited me to come to the 2014 tournament and ride with him 3 weeks before my amputation. Upon leaving that day, I was comfortable that I could not only get through the surgery but made sure to return to play the following year, and the rest is history."

"I was a big golfer before my [spinal cord] accident. I played a lot and was as low as a 4 Handicap, so when I got hurt, I never wanted to let the game of golf go."
